Emails may sometimes end up in spam or junk folders. Please ensure you are subscribed, and marked Sydney FC as a safe sender. If our emails aren't in any of these folders, please contact the Membership team during business hours on (02) 8314 5101 who are more than happy to look into this further.

Please ensure your contact details are kept accurate at all times by keeping your MySydneyFC Account up to date.

To login, you will need your email address and the password attached to your account. If you have forgotten your password please select the ‘Forgot Password‘ link and you will be provided with a new password

You can update your details over the phone by contacting us on (02) 8314 5101 or online by logging in to your Sydney FC Account.

Once you have added the new card, please let the Membership Services Team know via phone during business hours on (02) 8314 5101 or via email membership@sydneyfc.com and we will update the card on your payment plan.

Our primary method of communication to Members is via email. This will include up-to-date news, event, ticketing, match day and Finals Series information. You can choose which type of information you receive from Sydney FC via email by changing your preferences at the bottom of any email. There are rare emails relating to the delivery of your Membership that you cannot opt-out of as they are operational in nature.

For important announcements or reminders, we may also SMS Members. You are able to opt-out of these communications.

Yes, any of our Memberships can be purchased as a gift. Please ensure the recipients full name is recorded as that will be printed on the Membership card. If you wish for the Membership to remain a surprise, please enter your contact details.

Yes, all Allianz Stadium A-League Home Games include all Public Transport on match days, up until 4am of the next day. Airport stations incur a station access fee.

Allianz Stadium is best accessed by light rail which provides connections into Central Station and other key train and bus stops in the Sydney CBD.

In addition, bus routes still frequently run along Anzac Parade, Moore Park Rd and Oxford Street.
